Melissa Carere, DMD General Dentist

Originally from Toronto, Canada, Dr. Carere came to Massachusetts for her studies and has been happily serving nearby patients ever since! She loves building genuine relationships with those in her treatment chair and catching up with them each time they come back.

Dr. Carere loves talking to people and learning all about them. One of the many reasons she loves dentistry is because it provides her with the opportunity to do so each and every day! She also loves her career because it perfectly combines three of her interests: science, engineering, and art.

After attending college in Canada, Dr. Carere earned her dental degree from Boston University Dental School. Throughout her career, she’s taken various continuing education courses on topics like sedation dentistry, endodontics, and dental implants. To this day, she maintains active memberships with notable professional organizations as well, including:

Dr. Carere comes from a loud, Italian family, who she loves very much. Since rescuing her dog from Aruba, they’ve become attached at the hip – so most of her free time involves activities they can do together! Some of her other hobbies include traveling, baking, kayaking at state parks during the summer, and skiing in the winter.
